Improve your fitness, health and quality of life.
You know the routine. You resolve to get in better physical condition; you are hampered by the enduring side effects of surgery, serious injury or pain. So, you start on a very ambitious exercise routine. Next thing you know, your body is screaming “STOP!” and you’ve injured yourself because you have overworked, exercised incorrectly, or put yourself in awkward positions that tend to cause injury. So, the workout goes onto the back burner until you recover.
Then, you try to muster up the ambition to start again. Maybe, it’s a New Year’s resolution or a special occasion, but something motivates you to get back to the gym. And the same routine begins again. You put in the time, but you just don’t get the results you are looking for.
We work with patients from 10 to 100. Our approach integrates aerobic exercise, weight training, yoga, Thai massage, nutrition, stretching and Pilates techniques to give you maximum results from just 2-3 hours a week. And we stay with our clients through their gains and help them reduce their pain to achieve a sustained fitness program for everyone no matter what your challenges.
In addition, we are launching a new program called ElderFit for anyone looking to improve strength, flexibility, balance and overall health. ElderFit clients have the option of working out at our gym or in the privacy of their own home or office. We are looking to share this successful program with seniors, people with cancer, COPD and those recovering from falls, injuries or surgery. We have many testimonials to share.
