Functional Conditioning & Continuing Rehabilitation Services

You know the routine. You resolve to get in better physical condition; you are hampered by the enduring side effects of surgery, serious injury or pain. So, you start on a very ambitious exercise routine. Next thing you know, your body is screaming “STOP!” and you’ve injured yourself because you have overworked, exercised incorrectly, or put yourself in awkward positions that tend to cause injury. So, the workout goes onto the back burner until you recover.

Then, you try to muster up the ambition to start again. Maybe, it’s a New Year’s resolution or a special occasion, but something motivates you to get back to the gym. And the same routine begins again. You put in the time, but you just don’t get the results you are looking for.

We work with patients from 10 to 100. Our approach integrates aerobic exercise, weight training, yoga, Thai massage, nutrition, stretching and Pilates techniques to give you maximum results from just 2-3 hours a week. And we stay with our clients through their gains and help them
reduce their pain to achieve a sustained fitness program for everyone no matter what your challenges.

Attention homebound individuals, seniors, cancer survivors and those recovering from falls, injuries or surgery, we are also available to provide personal training services in the privacy of your own home or office.
